Just wanted to keep you informed of some current internships and trainee programmes that occur from time to time. For those interested in the marketing of sport many marketing agencies run these types of programmes. The agencies can be sport (and entertainment) focused such as Octagon (http://www.octagon.com/worldwide-offices) and IMG (http://www.imgworld.com/home/default.sps) or they can be traditional marketing agencies that have an interest in sport Hill & Knowlton (http://www.hillandknowlton.com/), Red Mandarin (www.redmandarin.com) amongst others……
The work in these agencies is often long and fairly intense with quite average pay, BUT they are usually characterised by a positive team environment and look to promote from within. Currently the following agencies have internships and traineeships on offer
